Dexerials Corporation (Headquarters: Shimotsuke-shi, Tochigi; Representative Director and President: Yoshihisa Shinya; “Dexerials”), which provides leading-edge technologies, materials, and devices for smartphones, automotives, and other products, announced its qualification for Health and Productivity Management Organization 2025 (Large Organizations), which is jointly implemented by the Ministry of Economy, Trade and Industry and the NIPPON KENKO KAIGI*1. This is the sixth time Dexerials qualifies and the fifth year in a row since 2021.

The Certified Health and Productivity Management Organizations Recognition Program is a system that recognizes corporations that are implementing particularly excellent health management practices that consider the management of employee health from a managerial perspective and engage in strategic initiatives.

Under the Purpose, “Empower Evolution. Connect People and Technology.”*2 Dexerials aims to create a world where people can live comfortably by combining people and technology to open new paths to evolution. Dexerials is also committed to promoting health management, aiming to continue to be a company where each employee can fully demonstrate their abilities.

Since FY2021, Dexerials has been promoting various initiatives in line with the Health and Productivity Management Roadmap*3 by defining its ideal state in FY2030. In FY2024, Dexerials introduced a health point system, a unique system that allows employees to promote self-care, with the aim of visualizing their health. The checkpoints are based on major categories: the promotion of physical and mental health, work-life balance, the expansion of vitality and taking advantage of challenging opportunities, participation in health seminars and self-care.

In addition, team awards have been established for events in which employees participate, such as walking and health slogan events, to improve communication between departments. In FY2025, Dexerials will continue to implement data health practices with the aim of further improving visualization.

Dexerials will continue to strive to create an environment in which each employee can demonstrate their abilities by working in a healthy and safe manner through various initiatives.
